Política de Reservación y Asistencia – Sesiones Individuales
Al reservar una sesión individual con ProBounce Basketball, usted acepta los siguientes términos:
- Asistencia obligatoria: La sesión es válida únicamente para la fecha y hora reservada.
- Política de no asistencia (No-Show): Si el cliente no se presenta a la sesión programada, la misma se considerará completada y automáticamente cancelada, sin derecho a reembolso ni reprogramación.
- Cambios o reprogramaciones: Deben solicitarse con un mínimo de 24 horas de anticipación, sujeto a disponibilidad.
- Validez: Las sesiones deben utilizarse dentro del período acordado. No se mantienen créditos indefinidamente.
- Pagos: Todos los pagos son finales y no reembolsables.

Booking & Attendance Policy – (Private Sessions)
By booking a private session with ProBounce Basketball, you agree to the following terms:
- Attendance required: The session is only valid for the scheduled date and time.
- No-show policy: If the client does not attend the scheduled session, it will be considered completed and automatically forfeited, with no refunds or rescheduling.
- Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Validity: Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Credits will not be held indefinitely.
- Payments: All payments are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
